Apperance: Peach crystal

Nature: The manganese chloride tetrahydrate was a rose-colored monoclinic crystal. Relative density of 2. 01, melting point of 58°C, soluble in water, soluble in alcohol, insoluble in ether. Water absorption, easy deliquescence, 106°C to lose a molecule of crystal water, 198~200°C to lose all the crystal water into anhydrous. The relative density of anhydrous 2. 977 (25°C), melting point of 650°C, boiling point of 1190°C.

Use: For aluminum alloy smelting, organic chloride catalyst, dye and pigment manufacturing, as well as for pharmaceutical and dry battery.
