Nature: It is considered to be a combination of copper chloride and copper hydroxide. It is insoluble in water and easily soluble in weak acid solution with pH <2.0. Very stable in air. Water absorption is very low, not easy to caking. The surface of the solid particles of basic copper chloride is neutral, and it is not easy to react with other substances.

Use: basic copper chloride is a trace mineral source of copper used in feed, and its copper content is as high as 58%. This basic salt is insoluble in water but dissolves very quickly in the intestinal tract of animals. Compared with other copper sources, the utilization rate of basic copper chloride is very high, and it can dissolve quickly in the digestive tract. Stable and low hygroscopicity, does not accelerate the oxidation of vitamins and antibiotics.
